LikedThe property was well maintained and situated between two beautiful coves. The real beauty was the staff.

LikedEverything. Excellent location, well appointed facilities, aesthetically pleasing, clean, extra attentive and authentically happy staff. In room dining was perfect. Breakfast was with excellent variety and presentation. Beaches and pool services are great.

LikedStay was exceptional. Service. Ambiance. Staff. Food. Ameneties. Location. Everything was impecable. Breakfast delicious.

LikedEVERYTHING. I don’t know where to begin, from check in to check out we were treated like royalty. Everyone we encountered went out of their way to assist us and did it with a smile. We try to be as low maintenance as possible when traveling and know that often hotel staff is already overwhelmed with a few demanding guests. Well not at this FS. I wish I could have given each of them a hug goodbye. I look forward to seeing all of their smiling faces again one day. In addition to the incredible staff- food was 10/10. We ate at every restaurant except for the breakfast buffet, though it looked amazing. Other restaurants within walking distance from hotel.

DislikedThe only negative, which is to the fault of no one, is that the room furniture could use a refresh. Everything was immaculately clean though so a little worn down furniture was nothing to complain about. Bedding was still amazing and housekeeping did a phenomenal job. Also, a table on the patio would have been nice for in-room dining.

LikedThe staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating. The restaurants on site were delicious and the wait staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
