LikedThe ocean front room was gorgeous and the food was excellent! The customer service was also excellent! The staff made the honeymoon special!

DislikedThe birds in the buffet. I understand you can’t keep them out of the seating area but when they get inside where the food is, that needs fixed. People saving pool chairs for hours at a time

LikedBeautiful location, many areas to choose from to fit all needs of guests, beach front for beach bums like myself, three separate pools each with its own unique flare, a quite hammock garden to rest from the sun, take a nap or sway with your beloved.

LikedThe resort had so many areas to sit at on the beach or around the 3 pools. We loved trying a different spot every day. Loved having a bar, ice machine and bathroom near all three pools and the beach. The food was very good. So much better than most all inclusives. Plus they allowed you to make your specialty restaurant reservations for the week!! Coffee shop was fantastic and the girls who run it are a joy. Staff overall was very welcoming. Big bonus being able to snorkel a short walk down the beach. Would definitely return for another future vacation.

DislikedThe food at the Pelican Snack grill was the only food disappointment. The burger had no taste at all, could really use to be seasoned with a sprinkle of something. The onion rings had no onions in them that we could find. The sweet potato fries had zero flavor and could use a sprinkle of something and some honey mustard dip. We didn't eat there again after the first try because it was so disappointing and the staff at the grill looked beyond miserable. The white party was beautiful but not what I expected. Everybody just ate and left. There was music but no crowd interaction like at Club Med where they play songs from Mamma Mia getting everyone to whip their white napkins around or Sweet Caroline and everybody joins in the singing. These are just two small things though; the resort is amazing and I highly recommend it.

DislikedI felt the rooms had a lot of water damage and could use an upgrade with remodeling and paint job. Also better lighting as the rooms are kinda of dark.

LikedAmazing beach, ocean view from room 835 was spectacular. Staff was fantastic. Food at all the restaurants was very good, best was lunch at the Outhouse. Size of the resort was smaller but we never felt crowded. Overall a fantastic resort.
