Fierro Hotel Buenos Aires

LikedThe hotel was at Palermo Hollywood which is trendy, but quiet location with many options of restaurants and cafe etc. We had to change my departure time multiple times, but the hotel staff was extremely kind and flexible to accommodate my request. The room was clean and comfortable especially with a small table and chair space.

DislikedIt was such a good stay that I can't think of any particular areas for improvement.

LikedGreat place! We booked the suite with terrace. It had a jacuzzi, outdoor sofas and parrilla. The hotel provided us with all the tools we needed and more. We did an asado (got meat from Piaf 10 blocks away) and then used the jaccuzzi. Later we order room service, some desserts from the restaurant they have and dessert wine(amazing). Breakfast also very good quality and you can tell is prepared with love and experience. Will 100% recommend and will defenetly come back! Also all the staff in the hotel were super nice, welcoming, helpful and proffesional. Thank you so much for doing such great work in hospitality. ♡♡

DislikedBathrooms might be a little on the smaller side. This is only a minor issue though!

LikedThe breakfast was amazing and we loved the fact that it was served until 3:00 pm. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was also nice having a wonderful and affordable mini bar in the room. The room was also lovely with lots of space and the air conditioner was quiet and efficient.

LikedThis boutique hotel was seriously perfect. I couldn’t ask for a better stay. They were accommodating and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The beds were really comfortable and the room was clean with many upgrades and thoughtful touches. the shower was amazing as well. The location was good- walking distance from many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was AMAZING! They serve until 3pm and it includes touches like fresh squeezed OJ, yogurt and to-order eggs. The pool was really nice and it was great to be able to use the shower after checking out, before traveling to the airport on my last day.

LikedWe love this property! Stayed there in 2016 and now in 2026. Lovely full breakfast and beautiful outdoor seating. Close to town center and so many restaurant choices! Ubers readily available too. The staff at the desk (especially Coral) and the restaurant are wonderful. The room with king size bed is very comfortable and the bathroom extremely clean. Would stay there again and again if we have the opportunity!

LikedThe hotel was in a nice neighborhood and it felt safe but not overly touristy. It’s very easy to uber in Buenos Aires. The room was big, there was a small pool, there was a patio off the restaurant and they were very kind about offering the use of a bathroom near the pool after you had checked out.

DislikedThe hallways didn’t have great sound proofing so we heard a lot of noise. The breakfast was nice but didn’t live up to its high ratings. It was good but it didn’t have fruit and wasn’t memorable. The shower didn’t drain. But it was still a nice hotel.

LikedThe level of service, location, cleaness, comfort were really good. Outstanding breakfast, mainly well served by Vitoria, an excellent hotel employee.
