LikedThe hotel is beautiful and the facilities are really great! It’s the perfect place to disconnect, rest and relax. The staff is so kind and helpful that make the experience even nicer!

DislikedThe food is okayish, not outstanding specially for the extra price one has to pay. Additionally, even the sunbeds on the beach are charged separately, and not cheap at all. I think that for the price of the staying it would be nice to at least have that right to compensate a bit.

DislikedHaving to rent the pool and beach chairs for a very high price. A hotel at this level and price should offer all chairs as complementary service.

LikedIt was beautiful, airy and clean. It was nice to be greeted with champagne and a macaroon. It was also nice to book a chair and umbrella by the pool/beach. Jennielyn, housekeeping service made our stay very pleasant.

DislikedIt was difficult to contact the front desk by telephone. I wasn’t aware the balcony was partial (standing room only).

DislikedThe cost has gone up astronomically. The rules have changed too, as in the check in for seats is 9am now and we could not use pool floats.
