“The Beach Club was alluring, romantic, delightfully decadent and a place we will forever remember.”

LikedBreathtaking views from the rooms, restaurant patio, and infinity pool. The staff were all amazing…professional but friendly and very service oriented. The food from breakfast to dinner was expertly prepared.

DislikedThe bathtub drain was a bit problematic and there was construction ongoing. However, the resort gave us advance notice of the building renovation and were generous in providing some compensation in the form of credits.

“Best place, best holiday. Great service and accommodations.”

LikedEVERYTHING it was such an amazing experience. The service from when we landed at the airport. We didn’t ever had to pick up our bags they took care of that. The service. The tours. The food the view the room. Everything was such good excellent. I loved all the experience. Private beach, the kangaroos (a familiar animal to the them) run free at all the island

DislikedAll was great

LikedThe location was absolutely stunning being right on Catseye beach with access to lots of fun activities included in our stay. The brunch was a highlight! It's al a carte and included in your stay (highly recommend the pancakes and the potato rosti!). The staff were lovely and always went out of their way to help us. The free shuttle service was a nice touch! I wouldn't recommend renting a buggy since you have access to this. The best restaurant on the island was Coca Chu in our opinion!

DislikedOverall it was a great experience. I wish that a bit more information about the hotel and the island had been provided during check-in as they bring you into the lobby, have you sign some forms, and then send you on your way with not a ton of explanation about where everything is or how the hotel works. That being said, we were able to figure it out quite quickly.

“Luxury & service”

LikedStunning location on the beach, private beach & pool access (only available to Beach Club guests). Staff go above & beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We also appreciated the personal touch of the hand written card & bottle of champagne on arrival, in recognition of our 10th wedding anniversary. We made good use of the on-demand shuttle service - we didn’t once need to use the bus or a golf buggy- and enjoyed the included soft drinks & coffees from the hotel bar. The food at breakfast was excellent, and they have a daily special to add some variety to the menu.

DislikedOnly one morning we had a slight delay with breakfast food & drinks, but we had obviously chosen a busy time. We still managed to get away on time for our booked activity.
