“Great hotel”

LikedGreat hotel. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. We went on a boat tour and asked to leave the bags. Since we departed earlier, we were able to leave them right in the rooms and after came back to the same hotel for a night, they already relocated out bags in the room. Which was very nice of them!

DislikedEverything is great, plus a laundry is a good benefit.

“Exemplary experience”

LikedOne of the finest places I have ever stayed. The hotel had round the clock biscuits and coffee to help ourselves. Staffs were so good and kind. The place was in the center of the city with many restaurants nearby. It was right next to Woolworths. And walking distance to esplanade and night market

LikedThe location was great and the shower was fantastic

DislikedThe view wasn't nice and if we left the window open, there was a strong smell of frying from a nearby restaurant

LikedIt’s a Boutique Hotel and does not have a gym or spa but more than made up for it in other areas including use of a free common kitchen and lounge/coffee area. You can BYOD and have it with friends in the common area.

DislikedNothing. It would have been an icing on the cake if it had a fitness center but it’s a boutique hotel. The surrounding area is wonderful for a jog/run and there are free public use gyms on the Esplanade just 10 min walk away.
