LikedExcellent location within Melbourne CBD. All the major CBD touristy places can be covered by foot, while having easy accessibility to Public Transport in the area. We opted for a family room and were amazed to find a clean and spacious room, fully equipped with all essentials needed for the stay (including basic cooking). Staff were extremely friendly and more than welcoming. Highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the beverages and range of small eats on the Mezzanine Floor, open to guests till 10 PM. It was a super big thumbs up to have nice freshly brewed coffee and a muffin after a hectic day.
DislikedInconspicuous small entrance to the Hotel. Not a major issue.

“Ideal Place with Plenty of Space”
LikedExcellent location near the tram and easy walking distance to multiple tours and places in Melbourne. The desk staff were great and I was even amazed the second day I came down to breakfast, the man at the desk remembered my name! Breakfast was delicious. The room was huge and having laundry in the suite was great. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The afternoon Wine Down was a fun touch and a great way to meet some new people (if you wanted) or just get a glass of wine.
