“A wonderful place to stay”
LikedThis is indeed a fantastic place to stay. I booked the Sydney Harbor Studio Club Suite, and it offers wonderful view of the Sydney Opera House and the Harbor Bridge. The room was quite spacious, and the light in the room could be adjusted to different modes. The air conditioner was very responsive and powerful, and I could adjust the temperature at a 0.5 degrees step, just like the best air conditioner in my own apartment. The staff were kind and helpful, especially the ones in the Executive Lounge (floor 32), they were very nice and friendly. The food and drink in the Executive Lounge had lots of choices and were all very tasty. I don't deny that staying here did cost me some money, but I believe it totally worth it and everything was beyond my expectation. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sydney.

LikedThe staff were great, from the concierge to the housekeepers. The team in the Premier lounge were outstanding, led by the wonderful Italian gal. Their customer service is next level, and they make it their mission to get to know you and what you have been up to or are going to do, during your stay.
