DislikedTerrible light controls in the room, competing background music in the dining room at breakfast, a tired breakfast offering. Air conditioning controls in the room too complicated.

LikedNice property but even better amazing staff who goes out of their way to help and make your stay better. Reception is wonderful and old school service which is very rated these days .

DislikedHard to say as the hotel is old with a modern touch and it’s Brugge. Room service menu could be better but it’s a wonderful place. Especially for couples

LikedThe hotel itself is fairly dated but it is very well maintained. It has a lot of character! The aircon is very strong for such an old building which is nice during the hot summer! But the best part of the hotel is the staff, Nathan and Melinda at the front desk, and the super courteous and professional gentleman which is in charge of breakfast, the young lady who is in charge of the turndown services, everyone is so pleasant and professional!
