LikedLocation was the best, on a quiet street and walking distance to the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. The staff at the hotel were very personable and service oriented.
DislikedDifficult to get in and out of the bathtub for senior citizens.
LikedTheir location is excellent, a short walk to the main old town. However the hotel is on a quiet street making it an excellent location. Staff was wonderful.

LikedThe Staff was amazing. From the warm reception by Monica who helped us or the three nights we stayed as well as the breakfast staff who made a wonderful breakfast for us each morning, our stay was fantastic! In fact, we had to depart very early on our last day to catch a flight. Breakfast had not started yet. The staff went out of their way to give us to go coffees as well as Croissants! I can't say enough good things about The Pand's staff, they made our stay exceptional. The room was spotless and very well appointed, The bathroom also very nicely done and lots of hot water. I would certainly stay here again!
DislikedThe room size was a little tight but this is very typical for this type of setting. It didn't really effect our satisfaction with our experience.
LikedAmazing romantic boutique hotel. Spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, complete with a glass of champagne. The location was perfect (right across from the famous cafe on the corner of the canal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again!
