LikedThe view is gorgeous. Restaurant is very expensive and service is slow after you are served. Pool service is also a bit slow.

DislikedTaxi service even when we called ahead was slow. Couldn’t get a water bottle from The front desk at $1275 a night. The hotel is far from Hamilton so plan to spend $50-$100 per day to leave the resort for activities.

DislikedGiven that there are no other places close to the hotel where you can buy food , the hotel restaurant should have more choices of food.

LikedWe were lucky enough to visit in early August, just before the hurricane. The Loren is beautifully located with the most extraordinary view (and sound) of the Atlantic Ocean. It's the most photogenic location with the best view of any restaurant on the island: the loudest sound being the waves. We hired bicycles and rode along the disused Bermuda railway which is stunning and everyone at the hotel was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The celebrity chefs visiting for special meals were a particular delight and we very much hope to return.

DislikedOne thing I think could be improved was the toilet paper. I would recommend a higher quality toliet paper.

LikedExceptional location, breath taking beautiful. Staff was outstanding. Had complimentary beach toys, snorkel/masks etc They let us have late check out at no fee.
