“Great Value Great Location Superb Staff with Terrific Restaurant on site”
LikedGreat location in heart of downtown Vancouver. Close to lots of things yet quiet to sleep.
DislikedWould have wanted coffee maker in the room. Wanted bottled water to room each day.
LikedThe location is fabulous. The rooms are very comfortable, water and coffee are provided. Shops and good restaurants and coffee houses all close by. Very convenient to Canada Place and the cruise ship terminal.

“A perfect stay”
Liked10 out of 10!! The room was beautiful and VERY comfortable. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the bus station and a 10-minute walk to the cruise terminal. Easy to catch an Uber to Granville Island (shopping, restaurants, local artists) and a great location in town. We added the breakfast option to our booking and so glad we did. The dining room is lovely and the food delicious! Be sure to visit their live honey bee area.
DislikedEverything was perfect, not a single complaint. Wish we had come in earlier to enjoy the hotel more and explore Vancouver. We are already planning a return trip.

LikedRoom is great, professional staff . Clean . Confortable Beds . Perhaps list all the dining options for breakfast , including the restaurant. Free water in the room .

LikedLoved the location which was walking distance to Canada Place. The restaurant on the second floor for breakfast was very good. All staff from valet, front desk, room steward and restaurant staff were very helpful and attentive.

LikedService was outstanding, the beds were very comfortable and we loved having the pull out sofa for our two teenagers.
