Likedthe room was beautifully appointed and comfortable and the central location made everything walkable. Loved the bar/lounge and the fantastic vibe that the pianist provided on the grand piano.

LikedLocation was great - close to mall and train station and shopping. Clean, friendly, safe, accessible. Hotel was BEAUTIFUL - rooms are a delight, staff is amazing.

LikedThe place is beautiful, feels very lux. The staff were extremely welcoming, greeting us each time we returned with a "welcome Home!' The Executive room with the soaking tub right in the main room was amazing.

LikedThe staff was fantastic and were more than helpful with everything including a wonderful upgrade. I asked for a later checkout as I had a business call at checkout. While they could not help with the later checkout, they went out of their way to get me into the business area so that I could connect my laptop and take my call. Water and coffee was provided. It really helped and the connection was seamless. Ryan and the team were amazing.
