LikedWe had breakfast at Dolores the bakery cafe and it was extremely tasty.

LikedThe staff made an exceptional job in taking care of every little detail of our stay. The beach is beautiful, with food and drinks served at all hours of the day. Water sports available and complimentary, an INCREDIBLE spa with a gym that is also available to the guests even if no treatments were booked. The restaurants are amazing (if you go to Tillies, you MUST order the mushrooms!), and many pools to choose from. This place is now on our must return list. We were there for 5 nights, and did not feel the need to leave the hotel at any time.

DislikedYou are treated like royalty, so be prepared to pay like it too. But aside from that, everything was excellent.

LikedEverything is exceptional. The hotel is chic boutique and bougie. It’s a vibe, the food is outstanding. The hotel staff are incredibly thoughtful and friendly. 15/10 recommend. If your on the fence don’t be. You won’t regret it!

Likedprobably one of the most impressive offerings in the Caribbean. It makes the ritz look so outdated and lame.

DislikedI wish the spa treatments were a little more affordable, but overall its stunning.

LikedGorgeous property. Food was excellent at all of the restaurants and cafes. We had heard great things about Tillies (which was justified) but we also loved the Coconut Club, Paradise Pizza and Dolores. What really makes this place though is the staff, nothing was too much trouble for anyone but real standouts were Luce on reception and Hassan at the CC who after just a week felt more like friends. The quiet lounges (with the amazing Tillies cookies) were a lovely place to cool down and chill out. We'll definitely be back!

LikedJ’ai tout aimé, c’est un lieu exceptionnel, qui a le charme d’une maison personnelle et le service d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Staff super sympa, souriant, poli. La cuisine incroyable, TOUT est bon, la musique super cool, distillée partout dans de petits recoins du coin, juste une expérience magique … tout est pensé, soigné, curated …… my new home away from home !!!

LikedPalm Heights was incredible. Whatever property it was before, they did an amazing job renovating it into an eclectic, modern Caribbean style. The spa facilities, kindness of the staff, prompt and immediate service, and the amazing beach were just what we needed for a vacation. We overall enjoyed the food, breakfast selection and the baked goods and desserts are a highlight, as is the sushi and Japanese food selection. The staff and beach attendants are top notch and so, so friendly. Housekeeping was also some of the best I’ve experienced. Two cleanings daily and they dropped off an afternoon snack every day!

DislikedWe thought some of the food was a little overhyped and quite expensive for what it was. There was also construction of a luxury condo next door which added some unpleasant noise on the beach, but I understand that couldn’t be helped. Resort and service fees and visitor fees add another $150-200 a night to your rate, which would have been nice to know before.
