“Best hotel for visiting Torres del paines”
LikedGreat location, excellent service, food and tours! The spa is also exceptional.
DislikedMany guests were inconsiderate banging doors and being loud in hallways. This isn’t the hotels fault but I was surprised by the lack of consideration - maybe some signs / reminders There was no room service but the bar food was excellent and you could take your food to go

LikedEverything!!!! This is one of the top hotels I have stayed at! The staff, the facilities, the room, the food and wine selection - all incredible!!! The spa and pool were also amazing!

Disliked-our bedroom was near the main restaurant. There is a door meant to block the noise in the corridor, but it does not close automatically, so other guests often leave it open. -the surprise of the taxes applied at checkout for the usage of the restaurants -a big structure

LikedAppreciated the restaurants, the free lamb BBQ, the amazing spa and the surreal setting as well as the great breakfast, and the packed breakfast (free) and packed lunch (for a fee). Staff were very helpful.
DislikedThe drive in our rental vehicle on narrow pothole filled dirt roads was complicated, but a worthwhile trade off for staying within the National Park. A once in a lifetime kind of place to stay. The strong Patagonian winds can be disturbing to some at night, so ask about noise level at check-in if an issue or bring good earplugs!

LikedIt’s incredibly difficult to book a room at this hotel; we were only able to secure one night’s stay. That said, the views from the hotel are truly magnificent, and the food and wine in the restaurant will certainly not disappoint. Whether at dawn or dusk, the stunning scenery surrounding the hotel is truly unforgettable.

LikedThe hotel is located in a very beautiful location with mountains as a a backdrop and there is a river next to the hotel. The tour operator “massif” is also very good. The heated pool is a bonus.
DislikedIt’s not about the property but more the all Inclusive deal that is too expensive for a solo travel like me. You can eat inside the hotel very conveniently, no need to buy the package.
