LikedVery unique use of the building combining the historical with the hotel. The open spaces were comfortable with a nice lounge and bar. Service was very good and excursions offered by the hotel were top notch with excellent guided. Highly recommended.
LikedEverything! Personalized service was unbelievable but at the same time there was the ability to be invisible if one preferred. Every meal including afternoon tea was beyond description along with the meal service.

DislikedPool was too chilly. Inconsistency in restaurant service, very much dependant on the server (some great and attentive, some very poor and feels like you have been forgotten).
LikedNothing was too much trouble and the staff worked seamlessly to create an exquisite stay. The restaurant showcased typical Chilean recipes and ingredients. The building is beautifully and considerately designed demonstrating the factory’s history in a stunning location. Waking up to that view was magical.
LikedThis was our second visit to the hotel but unfortunately our ferry was delayed so we only had 2 nights instead of three. The staff and the service they provide is excellent and the food served in the resturant is of the highest level. I will never tire of seeing the view from the room window. Exceptional in every way.

LikedThe staff is excellent, extremely friendly and anticipating the needs of guests. The hotel architecture is interesting with stunning views, food is great. Bikes can be borrowed for free to ride into Puerto Natales.
LikedEverything. Spectacular and unrivalled experience. Stunning location, exceptional design and amazing food. The staff were very professional and courteous. Would always recommend to anyone. Their packed sandwiches for long walks were amazing.
