LikedHad a wonderful stay in Mandarin Oriental hotel Beijing. The hotel is beautiful. The staff and service in this hotel is outstanding. The decor and the spacious room suites made this hotel even more noteworthy. The staff and management are professional, wonderful and helpful. They made our stay special. It’s in a great location as well, right in Beijing. The Library, speakeasy, pool, bars and restaurants in the hotel are welcoming and relaxing. They are all popular with great menu options. The hotel and Rooms are always clean and welcoming.

LikedThe room with a terrace was lively felt like have your own apartment. Food was outstanding. Staff were exceptional. I would definitely come back and highly recommend.

DislikedI had to ask for Coke Zero more than once and then contacted the manager who got it sorted out and made it up to us so all good. Also the bar had no grand marnier.
