DislikedStaff not well trained. At breakfast, there were lots of staff but I had to ask for coffee and milk a few times before someone finally brought it . Food was warm not not at the buffet table .
LikedI am a big fan of the Rosewood group and this lives up to expectations of the brand. I arrived after a hiking trip where I had injured myself. The concierge and front desk were super helpful and sympathetic, offering up their first aid kit and ordering me what I needed from the pharmacy. They helped me get to my room and made sure I had what I needed, which was especially appreciated given how I was feeling! Food was excellent. Pool was excellent. Service was excellent. I took a DiDi everywhere so I can’t comment too much on the immediate location.
DislikedOnly thing is that the bed was weirdly hard and that the pool was open to the public and so there were people doing laps and coughing a lot into the pool.
LikedI like how clean the rooms were, the service was exceptional and room service was very prompt. The gym is also one of the best gyms I've been to.

LikedFeel like the rosewood is a secret well kept. From the concerige sophie who was just fantastic to the lovely staff in the lounge making great tea . The food and the service excellent.

LikedEverything was perfect. We were incredibly well looked after by the staff. The attention to detail, from the concierge to the room cleaning, was exceptional. We could not have asked for a better stay. The facilities were beautiful and clean, and all amenities were of high quality. We didn’t want to leave.
LikedI particularly impressed with the room dining and the excellent service. The serving staff Venus was very efficient and polite with a lovely smile. I, in particular, liked the thoughtful presentation. Oboth was also very professional. The standard of food also exceeded my expectation, especially the beef noodle soup. On the whole, this is the best room dining service I have had so far travelling around the world in years. The club manager, Betty served us well in the club which is very relaxing. We even played some snooker. There are plenty of choices at breakfast - I particularly liked the Chinese pancakes and my morning coffee. Sandy serving at breakfast was very friendly. I also loved the Olympic size swimming pool and the jacuzzi set in a very tranquil atmosphere.
DislikedIt would be good to have some oat milk in the room for my coffee.
LikedAmazing cozy room. Cleaning twice a day. Fruits and sweets brought every day. Really enjoyed.
