LikedThe hotel is well-maintained and offers a pampering experience; the entire staff is delightful and assisted us with all our questions. It is located a short walk from the famous pedestrian mall and is close to many shops.

DislikedThe beds(mattresses )were not luxurious- they were too firm and did not have any type of pillow type so they felt a bit cheap and were not very comfortable

LikedThe real definition of luxury facility and service. Above and beyond expectations! While expensive not likely ro get this level of quality in USA FOR 2-3 times the price.
LikedWe travelled China for 6 weeks, staying at 10 Hotels during this time and The Peninsula was our best experience. The staff were excellent, their attention to detail and service exceeded all the other Hotels we stayed at. Breakfast was a mix of buffet and à la carte items and was the best food quality and variety that we experienced. It was one of the two Hotels that we returned for dinner multiple times during our stays.
