LikedThe workers and team are great, super kind! The hotel is a little bit run down. It’s the first time, in my stays in the St Regis hotels that I felt that way. The hotel looks a bit old and rooms are clean, big and comfortable but need updating. You can see on the bathrooms specially. But it’s a great value for the location and price!

LikedThe facilities are fantastic, decor thought through, not overwhelming but tastefully done. All staffs we encountered were exceptional; special mention , in the restaurant Francis and Jackie. Concierge Coulson Lai exceptionally giving good detailed instructions, pointers, very helpful.
DislikedThe electric circuit seemed a bit wanting..plugs needed to be adjusted before there is connection. Staffs said that possibly because of the age.
LikedThey did not disappoint on the customer service. Beautiful hotel and finishings.
LikedThis hotel is located in the embassy district so it's not in the centre of things, but that was made up for with the friendly & accommodating staff & excellent facilities. Would stay again!
