LikedThe Staff was exceptional!! The Ladies and Gentlemen at the front desk could not have been more helpful - our luggage was lost by the airlines for 3+ days! The Front Desk extraordinary staff recommended places to purchase personal needs within walking distance, provided immediate needs like dental care and shaving essentials. What made them extraordinary is that two or three times each day, they called the lost luggage management on our behalf and advocated for us—Five Star service!! Awesome, willing, always pleasant. Bravo. The property exceeded expectations. Holm oaks and all landscaping beautifully managed. Outdoor spaces wonderful. Fantastic morning breakfast was more than expected and enough for breakfast and lunch. Obviously, a remarkable staff.
