DislikedThe only one problem we had was with how spread out the hotel is, and if you have kids or babies with a stroller, you are in for a problem as there are so many steps everywhere. They should warn you that this is how the hotel is built, because it can really be major issue.

LikedThe service was exceptionally warm, attentive and thoughtful. The hotel enjoys a wonderful location with a truly outstanding sea view. We were especially impressed by the excellent breakfast in the Club Lounge, which was one of the highlights of our stay.
DislikedSome of the hotel’s facilities and room furnishings feel a little dated and could benefit from refurbishment. We also feel that the overall quality of the resort’s restaurants could be improved.

DislikedThe only negative was one day at the beach bar the boy that waited on us had a very bad attitude and he said it was because we were all there on vacation and he was working🤦🏼♀️

DislikedEverything was great the only small issue is that there are parts of the kids club reserved for summer camps. But there are no signs so the kids go into those areas and then you have to explain to a little two year old toddler that he has stop playing. Anyone who haa a toddler knows how hard it is.
