LikedLovely little hotel just off the promenade in Hvar. Staff met us at the boat and helped us with our (heavy!) luggage. Provided a simple but nice breakfast.
DislikedEntrance to Howell is about 50 steps up from the port, so not ideal for people with mobility issues.
LikedBreakfast was ok. People was very polite and ready to help-
DislikedLocation is good, but carry big suitcases makes hard to get into the hotel. Probably need somebody available to help with suitcases at arrival will help.

LikedFriendly staff, super helpful, convenient location. Helped us with our bags both to and from ferry. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows and blankets.
DislikedWalk up to 3rd floor - was fine for us but something to keep in mind for people who aren’t mobile.
LikedLocation was perfect and the room was very cosy, clean, and bright. Loved the Rituals care product provided in the bathroom (soaps, lotion, etc). Staff didn't hesitate to help us with our bags as there are a lot of stairs in Hvar.
LikedThe location was excellent perfect for exploring the old town. Breakfast and staff were amazing. The room was spotlessly clean. A staff member met us at the ferry port and helped us carry our bags to the hotel.
DislikedThere is a lot of climbing steps and stairs in the hotel and general area. This was not a problem for us but it could be if you are less mobile.
LikedThe hotel is located off one of the old stone streets of Hvar. You could easily walk to all restaurants & sights . The room was spotless & updated. The breakfast was quite good. One of the staff met us at the ferry and carried our suitcases. This was very helpful not only to find the place but get assistance up the stairs with our bags. It was beautiful walking home after dinner each night & it was very peaceful & quiet.
Likedstaff was super helpful and accomodating. Early checkin, great recommendations and breakfast was great.
