LikedLoved the hotel. Jan met us at our parking place just outside the city walls, helped with our bags, and made our check-in the best ever. Perfect location and the room was wonderful. Jan, Julianna, and the entire staff couldn’t have been more friendly.

LikedOutstanding service and personal attention. Julianna met us at the drop area outside the pedestrian zone and helped us with our luggage and pathway to the hotel. I cannot say enough good things about the personal service of the staff - really great, always asking what we need. She also made our dinner reservations at a local restaurant and escorted us to it. The hotel is small but in an outstanding location within the Diocletian Palace. Our room was small but comfortable; I knew this when I booked the reservation. Breakfast is included and good. The coffee machine and fruit are always available in the atrium. All the major tourist sites are right around the hotel - so easy to see them. Highly recommended.

LikedWhat a fantastic hotel! We were met at the appointed parking place by a delightful young man who took our suitcases to the hotel, which is ideally situated in Diocletian's Palace in the historic centre of Split. In fact all the staff were amazing! When we arrived at the hotel we were offered a variety of hot and cold drinks, with cake! Our room was wonderful with a great view of the cathedral. Breakfast was excellent. All good!
DislikedOnly drawback was being woken at 6am by the cathedral bells!
