LikedThe location cannot be beat and the staff went above and beyond for us. We were able to explore so much of the city despite only staying there one night.

LikedExcellent hotel in the centre of the old city. Clean large room and bathroom with walk in shower. Easy lift access to rooms. Large bar area and courtyard for breakfast. Large front seating area for drinks and other meals. Efficient and friendly staff. This is definitely the best place to stay when in Split.
DislikedI was not always offered the breakfast menu which is included in the price. The breakfast tables were not cleared quick enough for the next guests and when mine was my full plate was taken away with the rest whilst I was queuing for coffee. Coffee machine very slow.

“Perfect hotel to experience Old Town square Split”
LikedThe staff—all were so kind, courteous and helpful. The front desk gals provided directions, recommendations and even made a nail salon appointment for me! They truly went above and beyond to help a very needy American lol. One of the best Breakfast feasts I’ve had at a hotel! The location is spectacular and great for people watching. It’s in the middle of the plaza, so there’s the convenience of being in the middle of all the shops and restaurants, while surrounded 360° by the beautiful architecture!
DislikedThe location is not accessible by car so walking with a heavy load of luggage through the small alleyways dodging all the tourists and working staff was a bit of a challenge for me. I’m sure not as much of an issue for ones who pack light.
