DislikedThe pool is nice, 7/10 The bight party at the vip was great, I would loved if it was more nights, I liked it.

LikedThe hotel is made for relaxation. The whole staff is amazing, and we liked the high standard service The team at the hotel is delightful, and happy to serve the guests at any time or condition. The room was clean, beautiful and inviting, and so were the pools and the private beach.

DislikedThe hotel has no disadvantages

An amazing team—from the General Manager to the reception staff, the restaurant and bar teams, the housekeeping staff, and the beach crew. Thank you all for making our stay so special! LikedThe place is great! Even though it seemed like the hotel was full, it never felt crowded. The service was top-notch, the breakfast was rich, and the large swimming pool was fantastic. We loved the direct access to the beach and the pleasant 30-minute walk along the promenade into the city. We also had a wonderful top-floor suite with a great view. Highly recommended! And almost forgot.... No Kids around !

LikedIt is a wonderful hotel, we had great time. The food, service and private pool was excellent. The restaurant manger in the beach marios was great and most welcoming perfect service .

LikedOnce again, a wonderful vacation! Everything was of the highest standards..we didn’t miss a thing, we were pampered and had everything we wished for… even more! Many thanks and all our appreciation to the entire staff – managers, reception, restaurants, kitchen, housekeeping; also, as usual, congratulations to the Romanian team : Ana Maria and Miruna at reception desk, Elena, Lucian, and Janosz at the restaurants, as well as the others whose names I unfortunately do not know.  I hope we get to see each other again next year!

LikedExcellent breakfast buffet. The serving staff, reception, and management were amazing: friendly, helpful, and polite. The cleaning staff were very quick to enter the room without waiting for an answer at the door. But the room was clean and tended to well.

DislikedThe interior hotel design could be warmer and more up-to-date. The bar lounges were located just off of a narrow hallway and did not seem very inviting. The decor was more like "airport lounge" style. The same is true of the rooms. The suite had two full bathrooms, a bedroom, and a living room, which were beautifully spacious and comfortable. Again, the furniture could be of better quality and design, and more of it in the living area. We were not thrilled with the land view, and there was some construction noise in the morning.
