LikedPerfect location to explore the old parts of the city, a nice and comfortable room, good breakfast with some daily varieties, professional and kind staff & extra treats (a free guided walking tour on Saturday morning, a lovely booklet as a souvenir).

LikedFantastic location. Lovely helpful staff. Beautiful room. Clean and spacious. Highly recommend.
LikedThe location of this hotel is perfect. It is located less than 5 minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of Old Town, but on a quiet side street. The rooms are modern, we'll equipped and all the staff we dealt with were extremely helpful and professional. They were always ready to assist and provided great recommendations for restaurant, attractions and helped with booking of tickets. Highly recommend this hotel as a base for exploring Prague.
DislikedThere honestly wasn't anything that we found lacking. The hotel bar is more functional, and perhaps lacked some charm, but that's more of a design issue- there really isn't that much space dedicated to the bar or reception.
“Comfortable and a great standard of hotel”
LikedGreat location, beautiful decor, clean and really friendly staff
DislikedAll good!
LikedFantastic hotel in the heart of Prague. Situated in a quiet street.
LikedFantastic, modern hotel, close to centre. Staff are very friendly, food is excellent, rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean
LikedA nice hotel in a central area in the old town. The rooms are neat and comfortable. Breakfast was very good albeit not very diverse.
DislikedThe hotel lobby and room were a little dark, not enough light
“very nice indeed”
LikedAll was well and fine except for one thing - the hight of the soaps & shampoo in the bathroom (the shower box) - they are set way too high, even for a person of my hight (173 cm) let alone for shorter people (for example, my wife).
DislikedSee above - my comment about the hight of the soaps & shampoo in the bathroom (the shower box) - they are set way too high, even for a person of my hight (173 cm) let alone for shorter people (for example, my wife).
