“Your Home In Copenhagen”
LikedThe property is bright and welcoming. The staff is amazing. The hotel is new and is technologically advanced. The best part is the staff is so good at hosting their visitors. From the concierge and parking greetings to the receptionists and restaurant staff -- every team member is courteous, professional, and caring
DislikedWe loved everything - including the filtered water in our rooms
LikedA well-designed hotel in an excellent location, with easy access to the city by metro, train, or on foot. The rooms are thoughtfully planned, balancing aesthetics, comfort, and functionality. The design feels intentional rather than decorative, creating a calm and pleasant space to return to at the end of the day. The bike rental process is straightforward, and the bicycles are well maintained, making them a convenient way to experience Copenhagen. The staff are welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a carefully designed hotel that delivers both a high-quality guest experience and a strong sense of place.
LikedGreat hotel location. Beautiful decor. The staff was extremely helpful. Went beyond our expectations
