LikedWe had a wonderful stay at dusit thani hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was professional, warm and friendly. The room was very clean with suprb pillows, probably one of the best and most comfy. Rooms very well maintained, with great attention to detail. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the atmosphere is calm and luxurious. Staff across all departments were genuinely helpful and made the stay feel good.

DislikedI really liked the place and found it very nice overall. However, I would suggest reconsidering some of the paintings in the rooms, as a few of the images were quite unusual and could be a little frightening for children.

LikedI have stayed in plenty of 5 stars hotels, but dusit thani Cairo really stands out of one of the best i have tried, great facilities wonderful staff and great management . I really recommend this hotel if you want to spend great time in cairo

LikedThe stay was excellent in every way. The location was great and close to everything, and the room was clean and very comfortable. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and response time to any requests was impressively quick. The common areas (lobby, pool if available) were elegant and well-maintained.
