Liked5th time in Albatros group between Sharm and hurgadah 1- clean and very welcome staff. 2- facility were great and comfortable. 3-they respond to your comments very fast and solve all problems 4- family friendly resorts

LikedI truly enjoyed my stay here, especially the excellent hospitality and professional service from the entire team, starting with the reception staff. I would particularly like to thank Mr. Mohamed Salman for his exceptional support, kindness, and professional attitude. He made everything easy for us and went out of his way to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I also loved the hotel’s location and the beautiful beach. The food was another highlight, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit different tastes. I especially enjoyed Columbus Café, which was a unique and memorable experience and added something special to our stay. In short, this has been one of the best and most enjoyable experiences I have had in Sharm El Sheikh. I truly appreciate the wonderful hospitality and would definitely love to visit again.

Thank you to Khamiss the housekeeper, who was efficient and very friendly, Issam the manager of the Alfredo restaurant, and Bassem and Mohammed at reception. LikedEverything about our stay was absolutely wonderful! The resort was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully organized. The staff were incredibly kind, respectful, honest, and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. A special thank you to Mr. Mohamed Abdelwahab and Ahmed, who took care of our room 2602. They were absolutely amazing! Their service, kindness, and attention to detail were exceptional. They made our stay even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated everything they did for us. My children had an amazing time, especially with the water activities and snorkeling. The snorkeling experience in the sea was truly spectacular! The football areas were also excellent, and my kids really enjoyed playing there. Overall, we had a fantastic family vacation and genuinely enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this resort and would love to come back again!
