LikedAmazing team all are professional and always looking to give excellent service without any complaints , the reception office was so nice when i want to change my room they work on that and give another one the day after. At the restaurant it with my pleasure to know staff like Mohamad Abo fotoh, Ahmad el forgot his family name, Housni, they all are amazing. At the swimming pool Saeed, Mohamad Diaa specially Mohamad they all are amazing helper just want me always smile and happy thak you to all.

LikedThe service was absolutely outstanding and felt very luxurious. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. Even without asking, staff members would approach us and ask if there was anything they could do to help, which made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained, and the entire resort was very clean. The food was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. Overall, the quality of the service, cleanliness, rooms, and food made our stay very enjoyable.

DislikedThe main downside was the temperature of the drinks. Most of the time, the soft drinks and juices were not cold enough, so we had to add ice to make them properly chilled. The minibar/refrigerator in the room also did not cool properly, and the drinks inside were not cold at all. We asked whether it could be adjusted to a colder temperature, but we were told that it was already operating at its coldest setting. These were relatively minor issues compared with the otherwise excellent experience, but improving the cooling of the drinks and room minibar would make the stay even better.

LikedI like the hotel so much ! Amr from the front desk was very helpful ! They carried our luggage very fast to our rooms . The offered very nice welcome uopn check in . Amr from the front office was excellent and all the team helped us . Chef Ramadan and all chefs were nice . Wifi was perfect ! Hosny frim fb was good
