LikedOutstanding breakfast spread with plenty of choice for everyone’s taste - from healthy juices to fresh cut fruit and french pastries. Amazingly attentive GM Laurent, who keeps everything running smoothly to the T. And an incredible JoJo who know everyone by name and takes care of anything you might have wished for! Will def come back!!

LikedThe staff were all absolutely 1st class, I couldn’t have expected anything more, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome comfortable and basically at home here. Helping me out with some car issues and basically nothing is to much trouble. Jojo is one in a million and unbelievably welcoming up beat and accommodating. I came alone for the week over Christmas and I really have felt so unbelievably well taken care of at the diamond rock. The location is perfect, on the slope and near town, the design and finishing is immaculate beautiful and the atmosphere reflects the aesthetics. Refined and very relaxing and comfortable.The spa and gym facilities are fantastic, the perfect way to end a day on the mountain, stay on top of training and any recovery you need. ( or work off a few too many g and t’s before the day 😂) the room was beautifully designed and bed was perfect too. Just a big thank you to all the staff and week done too. See you again soon !

LikedStaff were extremely helpful, polite and proactive. In particular, JoJo the manager was fantastic, she made sure we had a good table with a view for breakfast every morning, got us provisions for our long journey back to the airport on our final day and was always available for help at any time. The ski room is second to none, helpful staff and being able to walk straight onto the slopes with our skis laid out in the morning and brought back in at end of the day was an added treat. Spa was lovely and rooms very spacious and cleaned daily. Can’t fault the place!

DislikedFood. This was one area which was not what i was expecting for a 5 start. The quality and level of service was below average. Choice of food poor. I will only do B&B in the future.

LikedBeautiful new hotel with excellent rooms and amenities. The hotel is ski in ski out with a brilliant ski valet and on site rental service. We used other facilities such as the heated pool steam room and bar frequently and found them to be super clean and useful after a long day in the snow. Our room was a brilliant size with large bathroom and majestic mountain/ village view. The breakfast was also fantastic Excellent location within 2 minute walk to the shuttle bus to access other villages or a 5 minute walk to dinner Highly recommend

LikedThe receptionists were very accommodating. Jojo was great at breakfast and the girl at the boot room were so amazing! Clean nice sized room in a great location.

DislikedThe eggs orders at breakfast were very slow.
