“Beautiful hotel in the heart of old town”
LikedThis hotel is tucked away right in the heart of old town. The design of the hotel transports you to another time and place. The courtyard and dining rooms are tasteful and breathtakingly beautiful, with statues, paintings and reliefs that pay homage to the converted convent. The rooms are similarly well-appointed, with beautiful artwork, dry floral arrangements and furniture. The pool has incredible views over the city and the Roman baths with additional pools, steam room and cold plunge is a unique addition. The reception staff are extremely helpful, responsive via WhatsApp and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
DislikedOn our last day, the wait for breakfast was painstakingly long. One of the waitresses took the orders of two other guests sat right by me and sat down after me, which was equally bizarre and frustrating.
