“Understated luxury”
LikedEverything. Relaxed, un stuffy luxury. All staff encountered were exceptionally professional & helpful. Superb location. Spotlessly clean.
DislikedNot that we didn't like, just extremely picky suggestions: long mirror in the bedroom and a diffuser for the hairdryer would have been extra helpful.
LikedThe staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location was excellent. The room was a great size and well appointed.
DislikedI didn't like the view, or lack of it, in the first room we were given. But that was remedied the following day with a room with a view.
“Fabulous hotel, beautiful room, very comfortable and very clean.”
LikedExcellent location for visiting the old town and the huge shopping district.
“Recommend to anyone”
LikedAmazing hotel, the staff were lovely, the concierge staff organised all of our bookings quickly and efficiently, the roof top pool had an amazing view, the room was gorgeous and soundproofed so we got a good nights sleep, we only have good things to say about the hotel
“Great hotel in an incredibly beautiful City. Impeccable customer service.”
LikedBeautiful hotel in a stunning and convenient location. Customer service was faultless. Will be back next year!
“So good we’ve already booked again for next year”
LikedLovely staff. Superb fit. Great location.
DislikedMy wife was cross that there was no mirrors reachable by the hairdryer.
Likedlocaation, quality.
