LikedWhat a beautiful hotel, small but perfect! Restaurant was outstanding, staff were more than helpful, room was gorgeous & the spa was great (so my husband tells me).

LikedThe first room we were allocated was small and overlooking the back of another building! We have asked to change room. The 2nd room we were allocated was bigger - although they said all rooms of same category are of the same size. The 2nd room was on the first floor of Ave L'Opera the view was bad but it was not noisy. Reception staff and Concierge were very helpful.

DislikedNot having to ask for a better room since one was available! During night service they were running out of bed matts. Light in the room and bathroom was inadequate. Late night light dinner at the bar was not good.

LikedStaff brilliant but when offering the concierge it’s important that the concierge ensures return details of a private car trip is organised (not just hope the driver knows where to find you) The suite, the pool and the staff

DislikedI thought it odd when the beautiful bar had someone having their makeup done in the middle so it was not at all like a public space for a drink!!

LikedFrom the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The location is second to none, perfectly situated for exploring the city, yet tucked away enough to provide a tranquil sanctuary after a busy day out. The room was exquisitely designed, combining understated luxury with supreme comfort and attention to detail. Every element of the decor felt thoughtful and sophisticated, making it a wonderful retreat. The highlight of the stay, however, had to be the spa. The area is an absolute masterpiece, featuring a spectacular, magnificent pool that I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in and by. It offers a sense of peace right in the centre of a busy city. A very special thank you goes to the entire team for their warm hospitality, and a particular mention to Marie, who was super helpful throughout my stay, ensuring every request was met with an authentic smile and professionalism. I will definitely be coming back.

LikedThe hospitality services ranges from flexible earlier room check-in arrangement, good access security, high front-line staff ratio, very convenient location to tourist destinations, good accessibility to Metro exit etc.

DislikedThe pace of catering - breakfast seems little bit slow and not caring with customer need with room to improve to above standard level.

LikedAn excellent stay from start to finish. The hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained and exceptionally comfortable. The room was spacious, quiet and very well appointed, with a comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. The location was also ideal for exploring Paris. We would happily return and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

LikedPerfectly located and stunningly stylish hotel. The staff are wonderfully warm and attentive to every detail. The breakfast is truly exceptional, offering an amazing selection. The wellness facilities are a highlight! The morning swim and sauna were the perfect way to start the day. Don't miss the spa: the facial treatment by their experienced staff was absolute perfection.
