Hotel Byblos Saint-Tropez

LikedEverything was perfect during our stay. The room was very nice, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very kind and helpful.

DislikedThe only issue was with the water pressure in the bathroom. There was either no water coming from the shower tap or it was extremely slow, making it very difficult to take a shower. We informed the concierge about the problem, but unfortunately the same issue remained the next day. Considering that we paid €1,300 for one night, we were disappointed that such a basic facility was not functioning properly. For a hotel at this price level, reliable running water is something guests should be able to expect. Apart from this issue, everything else was great, and we appreciated the quality of the room, the delicious breakfast, and the friendliness of the staff.

LikedEverything was first-class. I have traveled all over the world and have stayed at some top tier resorts & hotels, this quite possibly could be one of the best if not the best. They literally pay attention to every detail.

LikedHotel Byblos is a beautiful property with a nice pool, spa, staff and elegant rooms. The service is amazing and we felt welcomed and accommodated. We had an early arrival so they allowed us to change and store our luggage while we took their free shuttle to the Byblos beach club. We enjoyed a day there by the sandy beach and water in lounge chairs we rented from them. The service at Byblos Beach Club was also wonderful and we had an excellent lunch there.

DislikedWe liked everything about it but be prepared as with nice properties come higher prices. A cocktail was 31€. There are a lot of steps but they bring your luggage and pick it back up at check out time. We definitely will return to Byblos!

LikedBeautiful hotel in the heart of Saint Tropez. I would give 10 stars if I could. It was our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. Breakfast is out of this world and such a treat. Everybody was so kind and welcoming.

LikedLe personnel a été très professionnelle. Ils ont tout fait pour m'accommoder. J'ai eu un problème avec mes sandales et ils ont été m'acheter de la colle à la superette. J'ai été très touchée pour ce geste supplémentaire.

DislikedJ'aurais préféré une vue plus dégagée toujours avec des portes fenètres et un balcon.

LikedEs ist sehr hübsch und erinnert an ein kleines Dorf, als an ein Hotel. Man kann sich die Stimmung von anno 1967 gut vorstellen als Brigitte Bardot bei der Eröffnungszeremonie dabei war.

DislikedEs ist nunmal aus einer anderen Epoche und entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Zeitgeist. Es gibt ausser dem viel zu kleinen Pool nichts aussergewöhnliches auf dem Gelände, kein richtiges SPA, auch das Fitnessstudio überzeugt nicht wirklich. Überall hängen Überwachungskameras, auch in den Gängen wo sich die Zimmer befinden. Man fühlt sich ständig beobachtet. Frühstück, Restaurant, Barbetrieb alles beim Pool. Sollte das Hotel wirklich komplett sein herrscht dort kein Platz mehr, man sitzt praktisch aufeinander und geniesst bestimmt keine Ruhe in diesem doch geschlossenen Bau.
