LikedUnbelievably beautiful setting, common areas and also our room were gorgeous. Service was amazing. Food was amazing including the breakfast. They surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a cake for my husbands birthday. The spa was wonderful.

LikedWe had a wonderful stay at Lily of the Valley. The staff were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The food was absolutely delicious, and the room design was stunning — stylish, elegant, and very comfortable. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
LikedThe location is fantastic. The facilities are excellent. The chef and food not as good as it used to be due to a change in approach. Our room had some real problems despite being lovely.
DislikedThe sewer smell in the toilet room. The fact that the shower controls were not working properly. The A/C fan only would not work if the doors were open. No operating instructions for the odd but lovely espresso machine.

LikedOur stay at Lily of the Valley was truly exceptional. The service was outstanding — the staff showed such genuine care and kindness, making us feel special throughout our stay. The restaurants were amazing; everything we tried was delicious, and breakfasts were a real pleasure. We loved the comfortable bed, the beautiful atmosphere, and the overall sense of harmony. We’ll definitely return to the restaurant even if we’re not staying at the hotel — everything we ordered was exceptional, and dinner felt magical. The team here is truly unique: such warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail are rare to find. We spent a wonderful weekend and can’t wait to come back!
DislikedIt’s worth noting that the hotel is a bit far from the town and main attractions — but that’s also part of its charm, offering peace, privacy, and complete relaxation.
