Hôtel Fenua Mata'i'oa

LikedHidden gem! What an adorable little boutique hotel. We only got to stay one night, but wished we had booked more. The lush tropical atmosphere of the hotel itself takes you to a world apart. The lounge seating on the water was quiet, with gorgeous views of the ocean, the sunset and the tropical fish swimming at our feet. The room was comfortable and clean. We especially liked the local products (shampoos, oils, etc.) offered in the bathroom. Breakfast was served to our room in the morning and local restaurants were suggested for our dinner. Great stay!

LikedBeautiful place, comfortable, different, attention to detail. Great spot for watching fish including a ray and some sharks.

LikedThe location of the property was amazing. In the evening we could look into lagoon and see the fish, sea slugs, and black tip shark. It was a very good snorkeling location. The use of the kayaks was great.

LikedEileen the owner is amazing, very kind and very well organized and efficient. It was our first time in Moorea and we could not have picked a better place. The hotel is an oasis of zenitude , where nature and comfort, beauty and peacefulness mix perfectly. Our suite had a secret passage leading to our private little beach , it was heaven on earth! All the tours to visit the island can be organized by Eileen and there is a grocery store and a restaurant 5 minutes away, walking distance. We will never forget the welcoming staff and the amazing sanctuary that Fenua Mataioa is. Thank you Eileen and Anais for your kindness and maeva.
