LikedWe didn’t sample the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a great recommendation for dinner one evening, offered us a drink on arrival and water cartons as we left. The location was great. Bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was modern and spotless.
LikedWe absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect with easy access to both the Ku’damm, New Berlin and the great restaurants of Charlottenberg. Our room was beautifully appointed with a great view over the square. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and although it was very hot outside the room was cool even when air conditioning was really low. The breakfast and the restaurant is first class and food a very high standard. As for the staff, we were looked after so well it was difficult to leave. We would definitely stay here again.
LikedFantastic facade. Extremely friendly and kind staff. Bed is super comfy (amazing pillows). The AC was working very well (that was very important as I happened to be there during the hottest days of all the recorded Berlin history...). Shower was quite neat as well. Breakfasts were good enough.
LikedIt is excellent property for pleasant stay in calm location near to public transport.
DislikedBeing a vegan, the breakfast choice is limited to fruits, juices and breads only.
LikedThe service was exceptional! very friendly staff welcomed us with champagne and a surprise cake in our room. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic, with amazing main courses and delicious cocktails - unfortunately the starter food we ordered was ok. Breakfast was also very tasty. This hotel offers rare, attentive 5-star service in Germany. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay!
DislikedWhile the room design is slightly old-fashioned, everything else more than made up for it.
LikedSauna was great quality, comfy, large beds, nice décor, good staff
LikedGreat breakfast, nice room with a balcony
