DislikedThe day before our departure, I contacted the guest service to request breakfast in our room at 6:30 AM, as we had to leave by 7:00 AM. I was politely informed that it was not possible before 7:00 AM. Breakfast was included, and for a five-star hotel of this class…

LikedThe hotel is always very well-maintained. The Staff very professional and attentive. Especially in the Breakfast room. The position is excellent, close to the stores and the Metro.
DislikedTo my surprise they did not do the night turndown service as in the past (unless you now specifically ask, I found out later). Just a small detail...

LikedLocation is fantastic, beautiful property, very posh in every way.
DislikedThe breakfast staff were very slow and we were greeted by a staff member with a dirty plate and had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seated. Overall pretty slow for coffee etc. The 6th floor bar had the strangest music I have ever heard. Kind of like middle eastern meets enigma.
