LikedThe hotel was stylish and refined, with a real sense of quality and luxury to bedrooms and all common areas. The staff were absolutely superb; nothing was too much trouble for them and they were exceptional across the board - particularly the ladies on reception and in the spa. Extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious and completely quiet, and the bathrooms were extremely luxurious.
DislikedThe only downside was that some of the food was poor for such an expensive hotel. Burned toast in the club sandwich, underdone eggs at breakfast and burned and under-seasoned hash browns. The patisserie offerings were lovely however.
