LikedThe hotel is immaculate. The views are stunning. The breakfast is great but nothing greater than the attitude of the staff, every one of them is just a joy to talk to. They are natural & genuine & will do anything to make your stay comfortable

LikedGreat View. The Caldera and most parts of the island are visible from each point of the hotel. Personnel the Best I have ever met! It is real the most valuable ASSET of the Hotel ! Staff were very helpful everywhere. From the reception & breakfast area till the assistant guys for the transger of luggages. Fantastic Breakfast ! Very rich variety satisfy and the most demanding people with great quality.
DislikedMy room has no so good view comparing with most of others in the hotel and in addition there was important problem with the humidity in the room as air cannot flow so there is smelling issue. Too many stairs. Be prepared for quite effort. Last but not least the facility areas are very poor for 5stars hotel. Swimming pool & its around area is too small. Breakfast area is very-very limited. It is absolutely necessary to be incorporated restaurant area in the breakfast area

LikedThank you so much! They upgraded our room, let us use the facilities and gave us a late check out as our flight was very late. Great location and staff were amazing! They couldn’t do enough. Second time I have stayed there. It gets better each time!
