What really made the experience exceptional was the staff. They were so warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the personal touch they brought to everything made us feel incredibly welcome. The location was ideal. It's in a quieter town between Fira and Oia, so you get to escape the crowds while still having a fantastic choice of restaurants, cafés, and amenities within easy walking distance. It really is the best of both worlds. And the view... simply breathtaking. Waking up to those stunning panoramic views every morning was unforgettable and one of the highlights of our trip. We couldn't recommend Kivotos Santorini more highly and would return in a heartbeat.

The setting alone is breathtaking, with some of the most stunning views I’ve ever seen. Waking up to that scenery each day felt surreal. The on-site restaurant was fantastic, and the included breakfast was a true highlight—delicious, beautifully presented, and the perfect way to start each morning. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every single person I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. A very special thank you to Maria, who made me feel so incredibly welcome from the moment I arrived—her kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The reception team and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I left feeling so grateful for the experience, and I already cannot wait to return. Kivotos Santorini is truly something special.

LikedAMAZING HOTEL. We stay for the honeymoon holiday. Maria welcomed us, helped with everything. The hotel upgraded our room and gave us their most expensive room. The interior design of the room, the view, the breakfast, the restaurant and the friendly staff are very nice. Thanks Kivotos ✨🫶🏻🇹🇷

The food at Mavro Restaurant is a true sensory experience, refined in every detail and full of flavor. What truly makes the stay unforgettable, though, is the kindness and attentiveness of the entire staff — especially Panos and Apostolia, the talented chef at Mavro, and Aris Salonikas, the impeccable and always-present manager.
