Liked9 floor with view of waterfront, very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Our entire stay was exceptional and will be a costumer of MO whenever possible.

LikedFrom the moment the door man opened the door for us & we checked in at 8-30am after a flight from The UK to be told our room is ready for us & we can go up & use it, no come back at 3pm like most hotels. The place is spotless I mean super clean. All staff have impecable manners,A big shout to the mature doorman who slips you a nice bottle of water when your getting a taxi from outside the hotel. The reason for our trip was to see our daughter who works in Hong Kong & now this will be our go to hotel for meeting up with her. 8 days of bliss.

DislikedCocktail bar could be crazy roudy at times £12-00 for a pint of guinness is OTT, when you have to get them to let it settle & not just fill the tankered ( they dont use glasses) to the top in a single pour.

LikedVery high standard on everything in this classic hotel, impressive attention, details, comfort, food choices, spa, everything high level without excess.

DislikedThe pool is the only mediocre part of the property

LikedIt's a beautiful hotel ideally located in Central Hong Kong overlooking Victoria Harbor. The staff is very accommodating, and the food is amazing.
