LikedRoom was spacious, the material and design were from the top notch. Staffs were professional and helpful.
DislikedThe swimming pool was kind of cold facing right at the Victoria Harbour, excellent view but nothing they can do with the wind.

LikedI love the design of the hotel and the best view. Also, very friendly staff, Gary Ng, made our Hong Kong trip perfect.

LikedIt is very conveniently located which is next to K11 MUSEA and linked with the MTR station.
DislikedMaybe just that there is no direct link with the mall without having to take escalator and walk further in order to use the lift since I was travelling with kids and they are on strollers. But feels like that is generally issues for most of the hotels in Hong Kong.
LikedI am endlessly grateful to the hotel for upgrading to the Presidential suite room. The staff's kindness, amazing breakfast room condition, everything was perfect.
