“A luxurious hotel in a very big city”
LikedExcellent quality room. Staff and facilities. Exceptional spa.
DislikedIts location. A long way from major attractions but that is more a comment on the huge city that Budapest is. Once you work out the red bus route then the walk back isn’t too bad.
LikedPerfect
LikedThe service and the design of the hotel.
DislikedA fire alarm rang when I was there. I find that while the service is always good, the staff do not seem to be adequately trained on such scenarios. The communication and organization in this type of scenario could be reinforced. Especially in the world we live in now. This responsibility sits with the management. The staff did their best
