LikedWe experienced some issues at the beginning of our stay, but the way the senior management handled the situation completely changed our experience. They listened to our concerns with patience, respect, and professionalism, and made a genuine effort to resolve everything thoughtfully. For us, how a hotel treats its guests and acknowledges their feelings is extremely important, and we truly appreciated the way the management responded. In the end, my wife felt very happy and comfortable with our stay, which meant a lot to me. Thank you to the management and staff for turning our experience into a positive one.

LikedFacilities are nice and well taken care of. Staff is attentive and try to do the best to serve you. Food is truly really good, specially Cinnamon restaurant and the hotel breakfast (great pastries). Bed is very comfortable. A lot of entertainment options for guests, like music and yoga

DislikedWiFi is specially horrible, disconnects all the time and slow. Had a problem with the Deluxe Suite - here on Booking it said explicitly it has a city view and bathtub, but the room did not match anything like that. After some attempts and reaching out to Booking, we sorted it out and they moved me to another room in a lower category and smaller, yet it had the bathtub and city view I was expecting (which is counterintuitive, but ok). I eventually paid less

LikedGreat stay in a prime location! The property has a good vibe, comfortable rooms, and excellent dining options at Marigold Bar and Cinnamon Restaurant. The biggest advantage is its central location, right amidst Jaipur's main shopping areas. Highly recommended.
