LikedSuperb service, wonderful premises well maintained and beautiful rooms. Ajay and Dev were amazing at delivering outstanding service. We would repeat any time!
LikedThe stunning palace-style design, grand courtyards, beautiful views of the Aravalli hills, and traditional Rajasthani welcome set a truly royal tone. Warm, attentive, and personalized service from the entire team throughout the stay. Delicious food (especially at Jamavar and the breakfast spread), and peaceful central gardens.
DislikedLocated in Kukas, it is about a 40–45 minute drive from central Jaipur’s main markets and heritage city center. Minor service delay in checking in late
LikedEverything from the ambience to facilities to staff and all

LikedWe had wonderful stay from the check in till the checkout Very nice friendly and helpful staff Thank you NANDINI for checking on us the whole stay and making sure we enjoying Most recommended hotel in Jaipur most try
LikedEveryone. The ambiance, service, staff everything.. best hotel so far.
LikedWonderful experience visiting this property. Very clean and exclusively luxurious. Staff is very friendly. Stayed at Palace king room. Decent size for the price paid. Excels in cleanliness and friendly staff
DislikedNeeds to have a souvenir shop in the hotel. Some people from outside India wouldn’t want to go out in city’s rush to get souvenirs
LikedThis is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. The courtyard and grounds are spectacular, with very nice gardens. Our room was very large and comfortable. We were unable to obtain a reservation for the same night at their well-known Indian restaurant but had a good meal at the Peacock lounge. We unfortunately arrived too late for the puppet show and ceramics class but enjoyed the dance exhibition. Varied and generous breakfast spread.
DislikedAs in all of Indian hotels so far, one is unable to get a real cappuccino.
