LikedGreat option to stay close to the airport. Staff very attentive to our needs. We arrived at 2 AM after a long flight and the check in process was very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was great!

Liked- Nice rooms - Better food than some of the other hotels in Mumbai - Good bathtub - AMAZING pool area in lush nature. Makes you feel like you're in nature, not the city. - Wonderful spa and salon on site - Staff are wonderful - Check-in never takes to long - Good espresso martini - Great malasa chai - Better coffee than comparable hotels - I really enjoy the staff at the lounge and breakfast bar, they are really friendly. Same with the gym and housekeeping. There is a higher standard of hospitality at this hotel.
Disliked- It's a busier hotel, and rooms aren't totally soundproof, so there is sometimes noise from next door or walking outside your room. No issue with earplugs.
LikedThe staff was very polite and helpful. The spa was wonderful, and the massage was very relaxing. The sauna was a nice bonus. The hotel grounds are well maintained, and everything looked beautiful and clean.
DislikedThere could have been more European options for breakfast.
