LikedMy three-night stay at The St. Regis Mumbai was truly exceptional. The hotel facilities overall were perfect — from the cleanliness and comfort to the excellent breakfast selection. The location is also extremely convenient, especially with the hotel being directly connected to a large shopping mall, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What made the experience even more special was the outstanding hospitality from Mr. Preet Butler. He was incredibly charming, respectful, helpful, and always present to facilitate our stay in the best possible way. A young gentleman full of positive energy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. He represented himself and The St. Regis Mumbai with the highest standards of service and care. If I decide to return to Mumbai again, Preet would definitely be one of the main reasons for coming back. Thank you very much, Preet, for making our stay memorable.

LikedThe room was exceptional more than what i had expected, Jasleen Kaur who had assisted us through all the procedure and our needs, was the prefect example of a host and we were celebrating birthday they had arranged a special surprise as well the staff was very kind and very attentive and the food all of the restaurants and in room dining just phenomenal, would love to go back soon and enjoy their hospitality again.
